Most worst service provide by TVS. TVS is not able to provide satisfactory service to its customers. My claim is still not settled by TVS after three months already passed. I never recommend TVS to anyone.

It was worst service by Shelar TVS kharadi....on the name of servicing they just given wash and handed over my Jupiter ...very bad service only money business by fooling people
As i got appointment for the jupiter for its servicing but when i went the next day the worker said that its already full so we cant get ur scooty service so i just return form there and never been there again.. almost lost all trust over tvs company anid its variant..also poor service along with poor quality workers too..

मेरी भी tvs Jupeter है फ्री सर्विस होने के बाद paid सर्विस चालू है लेकिन कोई अच्छा मैकेनिक नही रहता जबसे लिया तबसे frent suspention मे nois है और rear shockup मे भी nois है लेकिन अभी तक problem नही निकला key से पेट्रोल कैप ओपन नही होती ओ भी problem सर्विस मे कर के नही दिया और सामने मे स्पेस कम कर दिये उससे गैस सिलेंडर भी जाता नही
Tvs service walo ka kya issue hai kya pata,vo lo pahile free service ke charges lete hai thike oil ke 300 or bolte hai 1500 takk bill....ye konsa free service hota hai....ye problem muze mere Honda gadi service ke time kbhi nhi aaya....maine mere bhai ko gadi leke di...pahile bola maine tvs chod ke le bhai..to usne activa liyaa...best service dete hai Honda vale.

Iam a big fan of TVS but not very happy with the Jupitor. I purchased from Varsha motors vanuvampet chennai now name changed.
Issue is battery symbol appears and self start won't work then you have to kick. My wife is having challenge on this.
Also key hole is getting rusted and also other several issues. If my uncle is alive I would have gave the feedback to him unfortunately he is not. He was the VP in break India.

I am Abhijith, I work in Toyota service center. My vehicle is a Jupiter 110 bearing number of KL41T2475 and I have mailed to clarify my concern.
1)
Consumable charged for free service:
The 4TH free service was completed in SV. 3/9/2023 at Tvs Kakkanad Showroom charged Rs.83 for service bill(Invoice attached to mail), I enquired with service advisor whether it is free service or not, he replayed to me it is free service, they charged only for consumable parts, technician greased in front of me. Brake and clutch (greasing charges are 83...) After I noticed they charged consumables on every free service.
My question is whether the Dealer can recommend TVS Company to charge consumables on all customers for all services.

Vehicle shivery feeling on 40 km speed
In Last 3 services there was a complaint that my vehicle was shivering at 40km speed on the basis of the technician removing the clutch part and lubricating it. But the complaint was not resolved.
3)
Warranty bill not given
4 months ago my vehicle broke down and I reported to the service Center and they informed me of battery and starter motor damage which they have replaced under warranty but the warranty bill is not issued and not showing in TVS connect app service history either... So, I doubt whether the part has been changed or not.
NOTE: In Toyota No consumable charges for free services, We provide warranty bill to customer for their Warranty replaced part.
Please interface my problem and reply me early
