Confucius said, "It does not matter how slowly you go, so long as you do not stop."
Like the Hare learnt from the Tortoise speed is not always essential to win the race. A friend of mine Lisa Tamati is not the fastest runner in the world but her strength is she never stops. This has enabled to her run non stop for days to cover hundreds of miles. If she stopped she would never get as far. So don't worry about how slow you are going, just don't stop.

Todays BOOST + Lisa Tamati
